@Peebles38 Surely you know who you bought from? Find the transaction in your paypal account and click on it, there should be an email address of the seller on that details page. Sadly if you bought tat from one of these Chinese websites or social media you may be out of luck. You paid for a wig and got a wig, paypal does not get involved with quality of items which are bound to be appallingly poor if coming from Asia somewhere.
