From yesterday onward my friend is trying to make payment to my paypal account. But he cannot make the payment and it is showing that ' the recipient can't accept payment at the moment'. I dont know what is the problem in my account. please help me with a solution to fix this problem. I already added my card and bank account details to my paypal account.
