So we are not able to solve the issue even contacting the customer service, and the suggested solution is to contact the customer support... I see... make sense... In the paypal dev official documentation, available here: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/payouts/integrate/prerequisites/ is clearly written that to request access to PayPal Payout we have to go through https://www.paypal.com/payoutsweb/landing The only problem is that clicking on that link we are forwarded to customer center and, at least in Czech republic, they have no clue what PayPal Payout is... Having a working link to the request page would be more than wellcome, trust me 🙂
