i am talking about receiving an item as not described to what it should be and i made a case and eventually PayPal agreed that seller was at fault and willingly to pay my refund then i objected to pay for the item at my expense then PayPal sending me another email saying that my case was denied due to no proof of tracking info which i always said that i did not send the item back yet but waiting for PayPal's clarification about shipping cost to Seller and in mean time i might have written these points on wrong reply areas of PayPal page without realising but the result is I still have a product sent to me by this seller as not described product and iwant to know where i stand on this matter Seller is called Xingyao E Commerce co ltd
