I've made a transaction on April 19th to buy an item. The item never arrived and I've not been able to contact the seller to ask what happened. I want to request a refund of this transaction but it doesn't show on my account. I've read that I'm supposed to phone or mail PayPal when this happens but I haven't been able to find any phone number or mail to contact them. The only option that shows on the page is to message them which I've tried a couple of days ago but still haven't got an answer. What can I do to request the refund? Thanks,
