I sent money to a recipient and it was sent back to me with no explanation. Obviously the recipient is not happy. I have tried to send money again and it told me the funds won't be available to them until June 9th. The last time the money was returned to me I received a similar message saying it would be available at a later date and then the money just got sent back to me. The recipient received a message saying the funds would be available to them as well but again, it was sent back to me. This makes no sense. I have tried to ask PayPal for help but no such luck there.
