I placed two orders with a vendor last week, I then called the vendor to confirm my order and they didn't answer the phone, nor will they answer an email. I have not recieved any shipping information nor confirmation that they are still in busines during covid. I tried to open a case on the order numbers but paypal keeps denying them with no answer, and i Cant reach a human being. Help?
