I purchased goods that were never sent. I understand that sellers sellers advertise stock they do not have, but when I demonstrate that nothing was sent using details from the shipping agent that only a shipping tag has been created but no good available for collection after 6 weeks then I expect PayPal to assist get my money returned. But no PayPal just closed the case without offering any necessitate. No followup whatsoever just closed the case. This is a very unsatisfactory behavior from PayPal. Quite unacceptable way to conduct business, they have gained by profiting from my loss and must consider this as a matter of company integrity and responsibility. Not just walk away with a pre-programmed computer response.
