I'm not sure what is going on but earlier tonight (6 hours ago) I did a cash load for $500 at my local 7-11 store. Paypal confirms the deposit was made several minutes after I checked out at the store, but there is no change in my balance reflecting the $500 deposit. Its like they acknowledge receiving the money but nothing is reflected in my account balance. I do not have any claims against me or a negative outstanding balance. The problem is there is no balance increase in the amount of my cash deposit, although confirms that the deposit was made. Paypal customer service help center is closed right now and the automated system cannot process this issue. I desperately need to use those funds and the lack of service is frustrating and financially going to cause me problems. Has anyone had this happen to them? and if so, what did you do to resolve the issue. Thanks for reading what happened to me and any advice you can offer.
