PayPal closed as a dispute against my favour because they said I didn't provide any tracking information for the return. I provided the tracking number, a picture with the postage on the mailer and a screenshot of the tracking number working on Canada Post's website! What is the point of Goods & Services if scammers can just get off the hook due to PayPal's ignorance? This is currently a $250.00 loss. I am trying to appeal this so it can be closed how it should be since I did everything they asked. Does anyone have any suggestions?
