Seller has sent a refund on the 19th of May - and I've had nothing in my account as of now - the 2nd of June... I've not even had an email notification from PayPal - nothing, nada, zilch. Zero communication. I initially paid for the (faulty) product via my bank account - I've no idea how he's paid the refund. Is this normal?! I understand that refunds take long (though in this day and age it seems pathetic... quick enough to take the money, not so quick to give it back) - but surely I'd of had some form of communication / notification saying PayPal are processing the refund??
