I ordered a movie from an Ebay seller and he does not ship out the item because the item is not available (Manufacturer postponed launch date to the end of the year) I requested a refund and the seller denied unless I give him a 100% feedback first! I opened a Dispute with a wrong Issue and there is no way I can changed it. now the dispute is close. please help
