Hi, Not sure where else to ask as all forms of communication with paypal have been futile. I would like to know what the best steps are to proceed with my issue. A few months back I bought something using PP buyer protection, the seller claimed he had shipped it but after numerous attempts to get the tracking he ghosted me. I opened up a claim and gave him plenty of opportunities to responce before escalating to paypal. I showed paypal the correspondance messages that they werent replying either. To my dismay PP decided in thei favour as they provided a "valid shipping number", I cannot find this listed on any invoice and cannot contact paypal to retrieve it. Surely the fact I used buyer protection covers me regardless as I provided legitimate doccumentation of the sale? Ive rarely ever used buyer protetion but its a massive pain considering they havent honoured it when I was not in the wrong. Is there anything I can do to appeal this or speak to a PP rep to sort this out? Thank you
