I have attempted 3 times to cancel a purchase. I found a vendor to be fraudulent and cancelled immediately through email (as per suggestion of PayPal). I cannot dispute the purchse through the app because it was a debit card purchase. I also cannot dispute via phone call because they have staffing issues due to COVID 19. WHAT DO I DO??
