PayPal resolution center is a fraud. I opened a case for stuff I did not received and they immediately close my case because the seller provided a tracking number which by the way was not intended to go to my address nor m y name according to UPS. Now with the excuse of COVID-19 no way to talk or get access to an agent and we are at the mercy of their artificial intelligence systems. What a fraud PayPal... I will start posting in Tweeter and Facebook and other social platforms so customers are aware of your practices and that buyer protection is just a phony trick.
