Same here. Ordered 19th of April. Amount 130€. Company is not answering Emails. Conflict Center in Paypal started. Du Ring this procedure they are answering always on the due Date (2 weeks for wach work low step in Paypal). They didn't tell me an a dress where I could send back the clothes, which they only partially send out to me to get provide the shipping tracking number in the Paypal conflict workflow step. I am not able so far to get Paypal support as I would need in this case (chat Robots, nor mobile reply, I cannot call Paypal Hotline!). Paypal closed the conflict case which took more than 5 weeks because I could not provide the tracking number for shipping back as retoure. But how should I know where to send?! At the moment I got the feeling that Shopping Technology is Scam as Paypal is. Is so eine interested to involve a lawyer for all our cases? I would not assume that we will get out money back. But we can at least stop them to proceed as they do. Anyways, extremely disappointed of the Paypal Support Unit!
