I have filed my case 3 times about my refund and you guys denied. The item was purchased on May 4, 2020 from APERTURE TECHNOLOGIES and was charged again on May 9, 2020. I have spoked with the seller and indeed found my 2nd unauthorized charged they said they are willing to make a refund., same amount and item. I've been calling your office and no body or no one is answer my concern. It was always the answering machine and was not helping. Note that I have only received one item but charged twice. Can you please help me with this my husband is always asking me if you have been refunded. Please help me to get my refund of $24.95 its not much but it is very important.
