So I bought something on Depop and turns out the account was fake and was hacked so I sent money to the hacker and I want a refund. When I filed a dispute the only option was "unauthorized purchases" and I was not able to change it to item not received. After filing for unauthorized purchase since that was my only option, I got a email this morning saying that I was approved of getting a refund. What should I do now? It won't let me create a new dispute nor change the problem of the dispute. Thanks for your help
