I signed up for PayPal to get commissioned art done and wasn’t able to link my card so I used my bank, everything started going through correctly, I even used it for a notary I needed, I just finished the last payment for a portrait commissioned that was completed and it went through, but now i got a message today I am negative. It states the account is closed... my paypal is still open and so is my bank... I tried relinking and it worked. But I cannot remove the negative balance with a payment and it will not take a payment from my card either, I cannot find a number to PayPal and tried a message but haven’t heard anything, I don’t want to cause issues for the artist and I still have another portrait from another artist being made and will need to pay them, any tips?
