i did both. i have proof but on the all automated system they do not ask you for that. proof of him saying he's going to sell it to someone else if i don't give him more money. more than the agreed upon price.

in my case the seller is now threatening to sell the item to someone else if i dont send him more than the agreed upon amount because his family is going through hard times during this corona virus pandemic. i have emails and photos of the item and texts. and copys of my paypal receipts for the over $500 i sent him. see? and they keep saying they dont have evidence of unauthorized use. no. thats not my problem. I DID NOT GET THE ITEM AND HES THREATENING TO SELL THEM AGAIN! HOW CAN THIS NOT BE REFUNDABLE???!!!!

PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I CAN DO. I SENT 3 PAYMENTS AND HE WILL NOT SEND ME MY ITEM UNLESS I KEEP GIVING HIM MORE MONEY. WE AGREED ON A PRICE. I HAVE TEXTS AND PICTURES AND SCREEN SHOTS OF ALL INTERACTION. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY MONEY BACK? HOW CAN PAYPAL IMPROVE SO THIS CAN NOT HAPPEN. ANY HELP PLEASE!

i sent $120 to 1st email address. she said something was wrong on her end. Sent another $120 to another email. again something wrong on her end. she finally said one payment went through but still has not sent me confirmation. how long does it take to get funds with Paypal?
