I ordered a sewing machine , when I received no confirmation number I knew something was up and immediately tried to cancel it. Paypal would not let me. Then I filed a dispute as I had not received anything. Then the crooks sent me a cheap plastic bracelet just so they could give paypal a trascking number. I contacted paypal again saying I did not receive the sewing machine, instead I was sent a 5 cent plastic bracelet. When I caontacted paypal they changed the case to item not as descibed. They then said I would haver to send the bracelet back to china to get a refund. The problem was the address was in chinese. I asked for an English interpetation and was told by paypal they would get it for me. I never received it, and now paypal has closed my case and let them steal my money! How can I challenge this dispute? In my opinion paypal are just as big of crooks as the chinese scammers so if you place an oreder with paypal don't expect them to cover you as they suck!
