As we all know paypal protects scammers like usfitwear.com The bogus tracking number does not say our address. It only says the same zip code. Also when we show them the package weight they do not wanna listen and take an action. So when we sue them they will have to pay back each people scammed by scammers. They all know what's going on but they dont take an action. There are over 1000 cases against to usfitwear.com PayPal would contact the usps and ups and confirm the address but they do now do that They would check the package weight and confirm if it's TRUE but they do not do that They would check their community messages plus they would see if the same seller has more than one complain. Obviously they do not take any action. So they deserve to lose millions of dollars. I believe there are thousands of people scammed by different companies. Even small local bank would take an action and protect their customers. But PayPal dont do that. They work with scammers instead ... View more

I have the same problem. PayPal refused to give my money back. USPS does not wanna give the tracking information for their privacy policy. I disputed through my bank. If anyone else has the same problem reach me out. I am gonna sue paypal for this. They cant hold my money. PayPal supports scammers. When we win at the court, that will make them pay million of dollars to each person who got scammed through paypal. There are over 100 complains for the scam and paypal dont do anything. ... I was looking for a small beer cooler for my garage. I found one brand new for almost $100 include shipping. Sounds like good deal. Half price for that. Its was some unknown website. I see they accept payment through paypal so I bought it. I thought even if its scam paypal would protect me. I setup text notifications through usps with the tracking number. I got text message says its been delivered to my front porch. I checked my front porch but it was not there. I also have ring camera and It did not record anything. So there was no motion at all. I thought that might be usps mistake so waited longer but did not have anything. Went to post office next morning they told me that it's been delivered another address. The same zip code with me. But totally different address. They said they cant give me paper proof where it's been delivered for security reasons. The receipt does not say exact address. It only says my town name and my zip code. Then the receipt says light weight box about 1 lbs. The cooler cant be that light. Must be at least 20-30 lbs. Then I figured that I got scammed. Anyways I contact the seller, no response for a week. I escalated to PayPal and they denied me right away. They said Its been delivered to my front porch. I called post office again ask for the proof they said they would call me back. They did not call me back. The seller probably shipped an empty box to different address but the same zip code with me. He knew what he was exactly doing. I told the paypal agent to ask more proof to seller where it's been shipped. They still want proof from me. I will go to post office in the morning to see what else I can get from them. I have been using paypal for more than 10 years. I will probably stop using it.
