There was a charge on my Paypal account for $29.99 from SafeCharge. The item description was "Traditional Woman." At NO TIME did I authorize this transaction. After further research here in the forums, I've found that I'm not the only one that experienced this. I disputed with Paypal and they denied the request of a refund and said that it was not an unauthorized transaction. FYI - this is MY company - I make all of the financial decisions - this was not a charge that was approved. How in the world do I get Paypal to refund me the money? How do I prevent it from happening again? and Why the heck won't anyone at Paypal answer the dang phone!??!?!?!
