I have two case open in the resolution center,PP-D-79261332 and PP-D-79260913 with the samevendor where I ordered two toolkits and recieved inflatable pillows. The vendor has agreed to refund the money butclaims they can nly do a refund if the dispute is closed. which I know not to do as they can just walk away. Having no phone support and sending a message that the auto response system can't handle, what would be my next step?
