some body stole my money and paypal not reply my message for a month . i but music instrument from ebay the seller told me storys and spend my time, so i missed the ebay guarantee time. ebay told me to speek with paypal . so i sent all the details to paypal and i got no reply!! what too do ? its about alot of money for me that was my last post. the answer did't helped me the problem is that i bought the item from ebay before i got an paypal account. I opened paypal account because ebay sent me that every payment from apply with paypal. But every time I get into the disputes section I get no option of start Disputes .ebay sent me all the necessary information so every thing is ready for making some justice ! plisss help me it was all my money!!!
