I have been a victim of a fraudulent seller. Purchased online services for slot of money through multiple transactions. The seller has vanished, never providing me service or a refund. I have multiple disputes open against them, have won 2-3 already and now for some reason paypa has emailed me saying I am no longer able to use PayPal. It also states any pending disputes will be denied and any balance will be held for 180 days! What is going on and how can I fix this? I did nothing wrong other then fall for a stupid scam and now I am being penalized by PayPal for some reason and won’t even be able to recover my funds!!! Please help!
