This has happened to me just recently. A company in Taiwan no less!!! They DID NOT identify themselves as being out of the USA!!! Charged me $21.98 for a AC adapter that DID NOT fit the device that they were ADVERTISING!!!!!! When I contact them they always answer " Please explain what the problem is...." catch 22, they either don't understand english or are playing stupid to keep the money. It would cost me $13 to return the item with no guarantee that I would ever see another item OR my money.... PayPAL what are you doing to weed out these unscrupulous vendors??????
