I sold item on ebay but because of invoice fee my account tempotarity suspended while i had not provided tracking number yet ! so i decided go to paypal to add tracking number (GOOD SENT)! but 2 day later buyer report item not receive of course it will take 3-5 day to arrive but paypal refunded to buyer when my stuff already sent !! SO I lost money for no reason !? Or how can i report this PLease help
