I tried to purchase something for a game in the App store on my iPad with PayPal. The credit card Paypal has on file was declined for a fraud check. I resolved the issue with my credit card's bank, but I still cannot make the purchase via the App store using my PayPal. Is there a way to get Paypal to work in the App store again?
