If you receive it -you will not get Charmin- you will get 12 rolls of miniature toilet paper- Chinese brand. Total package measures 5" x 13" (yes inches) and that is supposed to equal 96 rolls as stated in the ad! You are better off never receiving it because if you do then you will be expected to mail it back to China in order to get the refund and they only give you an address in Chinese that the U.S. post office will not accept. No help from Paypal and by the time I get a usable address (if ever) the time frame will have expired!  ... View more

Since they have had all these complaints they know that the US Post Office will not accept an address totally in Chinese and yet that is what they sent me one the shipping label and then no help all day!
