The seller is fraudulent i emailed immediately after the purchase went through to dispute the case and PayPal has only cared about their integrity with the seller. the tracking number is for something that i never received. the item i purchased was a large item 17 lbs. and the tracking show the package at 1.6 lbs, but i never received anything at all. i clearly knew this to be the case as soon as i made the purchase and was not allowed to cancel. i emailed the seller with no response. the contact information on the website i purchased off is not correct. the phone number is not a working number. the email address on the website and the sellers email are completely different. this is a fraudulent company as numerous people have claimed it to be a scam, but Paypal wants to protect them instead. https://www.bbb.org/article/news-releases/22346-online-retailer-consumers-lose-money-to-usfitwear that is a link to a better business article and yet my case is denied. PAYPAL either refund my money and HONOR YOUR PURCHASE PROTECTION or i will never use paypal again the article also clearly states that PayPal refuses the customer claims....
