Hello, I had booked an airbnb accomodation and paid with my paypal account. This reservation was canceled and the refound was aready emitted from airbnb (the receipt was sent to me). However, during this time, I moved to germany so I closed the accound I had in paypal.es and opened a new one in paypal.de always with the same email adress. The refund has never made it into my Paypal account, could you please tell me how this could be solved? From airbnb I have been simply told that the refund has already been submitted.
