because my wife to be who is computer illiterate needed a paypal account,i opened one using her 1st name and my last name,since i needed a paypal acocunt too.,,,skip to 25yrs later/divorce and 10yrs of using said account by myself with own credit cards emails etc etc,i get my account limited and can not delete my email address,cant open a new account in my email addresses as already got one,cant close my paypal account because its not my 1st name on it,cant delete my visa/credit cards either because its limited,so in effect paypal have stolen my cards and details,hijacked my email addresses so i cant make a new paypal even if i wanted to,and because my ex wife changed her name after divorce i couldnt even ask her to close it as she cant prove she's owner of account any more than i can!...any lawyers in the community,this cant be lawfull? all i want to do is delete my emails addresses,delete my credit and visa details,and close the bloody account i owned and used over 18yrs without leaving whoever owns paypal all my card and email details??(has no money in it,none due in/out,and even told paypal yrs ago i opened account in wifes 1s name when we married and let me use it all this time!)
