I paid the seller on May 9th, but the tracking info from the seller shows the item was delivered on April 6th! AND resolution center decided in their favor simply because the tracking shows "delivered." If paypal is using AI to handle disputes, they really need to improve the algorithm. If it was a real person, they should really READ my message in the dispute and actually check the tracking info provided. Now the case is closed and I don't see an option to appeal the dispute decision. Can anyone please help?
