Why won’t PayPal refund the money that was charged twice for goods I paid. Even the seller said they never took the funds from PayPal. But they are keeping them anyway. Seriously been so frustrated over this, which should have been a straight forward refund. Also it’s like talking to various robots, no explanations or sincerity, so sad that the company that supposed to protects our money, actually are stealing it !
