Hello, I recently placed a purchase through a Facebook ad, called Prokty, a women's fashion website. It seemed legit, but I had the suspicion that maybe things were off. I went back and noticed that there were several comments stating that they had not received their items and that it was a scam. I am unsure of how to go about this in stating a resolution with Paypal. Thoughts?
