I had a buyer somehow pay me twice for something he purchased. The person filed a claim with PayPal / eBay and when I was notified about this, I refunded the buyer's money within minutes. Today I get an email from PayPal that I am getting charges an additional $20.00 for this issue. WHY??? It was the buyer's mistake....not mine.
