I took an active PayPal card to add money to it but the money isn't reflecting on my account I received an email about a 4.95 fee that didn't make much sense but I try to use the card and it says my limit has been reached and will renew June 1st and I haven't used the card for anything in over 6 months and I can't find a transaction history for that card.
