I paid for a pull behind childs bike cart, after purchasing I noticed it was from China and much cheaper than all other Schwinn carts so I immediately cancelled the order. I filed a dispute to get reimbursed because I could not get in contact with vendor. The vendor then sent a 3" x 5" envelope with a piece of plastic in it that said gift. Paypal has now refused to refund me because it says I received shipment. This is bull, how do I get my money back.
