I am doing regular business on PayPal, but my funds are withheld and the tracking number I've input will not show when it's delivered, which is when my funds get released, because it's an international tracking number, so it gets delivered by a different carrier that cannot update the USPS tracking system. What's insane is that I'm not a new seller, I've done nothing fishy, and this is regular business with my partner. I just want my funds!
