Paypal has been sending me messages for YEARS saying that they are deactivating my account because I don't use it. So today when I try to pay for something through a PayPal interface and choose the non PayPal member option of pay with debit/credit card it automatically logs me into this account that was supposedly deactivated twenty times. So when I try to set up the account so I can pay the invoice it says no I'm LIMITED. WTF
