Hi I cannot change my name and because of that I cannot connect my Gcash account. it need to have the same surname in my Gcash and Paypal. My name in Gcash is Efren with my surname but in my Paypal My name is Efren surname Jr. how can I change my name without birth certificate because Im on a lock down I dont have access to it. I only have my Drivers License. please help. I need my money now because of the lock down I dont have income
