I logged a dispute for non receipt of goods and closed it down when seller gave me despatch date and tracking number. Unfortunately item still has not arrived and tracking status is unknown and it has been over a month since despatch. Seller just keeps aski g me to be patient but that is too long. I can not re log a dispute for non receipt of goods since original one was closed. Can i either reopen a closed case or log a new one. Resolution does not offer the option. Thanks
