Hi all, Paypal is violating its own terms and conditions by holding my funds for more than 290 days now and I have not been given any link/instruction to make the final withdrawal before closing my account. Has anybody had any case similar to mine and sued Paypal for this? Is there any particular live person one could approach instead of exchanging messages with some clumsy bot?
