This is the second claim that is ruled in favor of the seller. But this time, there is no explanation. For the holiday, I purchased fiber optic black shoes that light up. What I received were white plain shoes. So again, black optic shoes vs. white plain shoes. When I contacted the seller, they said they had made a mistake and if I would keep the shoes in place of my original. I said "no" and explained that I would not buy these shoes. I stated that I needed a label to return the shoes and wanted a refund. The seller stop replying to me. I then opened a dispute and submitted a photo of what I purchased and what I received. The items are like night and day. The items are not even remotely similar. So why was the dispute in the sellers favor???
