Paypal has denied my dispute stating the item had been received. But it wasn't what I ordered. I sent my original confirmation as proof of my item I ordered. All Paypal says is "it was received." No proof that what I received was what I ordered. It was NOT. And then it took 2 months to get this ridiculous decision. The customer service phone line doesn't work. I kept emailing them as time progressed (over 2 months) warning PayPal that my order was no longer accessible on the merchant's website. I contacted the merchant and they simply emailed me that they received my order. Then I warned Paypal that this is a classic bait and switch and that Paypal is helping them defraud people by not responding in a timely manner. Then I get a generic response saying I have received my order. WHAT? They sent me a facemask, not the pop up outdoor tent that I ordered. Paypal does not reply to my emails either.
