Hi everyone, I am currently disputing a payment I made to Vango Group. I received a shipment of 24 toilet paper rolls of small size and unknown brand while I paid for 40 rolls of mega-size and Charmin brand. The seller is in China and after a long back and forth, the seller agreed to refund me in full if I ship the toilet paper back to them. In the resolution center, PaypPal only gives me an option to provide tracking info or cancel the case. The address the seller provided is in Chinese characters (I can't read it) and no option to respond further. I want a partial refund without the hassle of shipping back, but there is no way for me to communicate that back to PayPal and the seller. PayPal customer service does not take calls and no way to send an email. Please advise.
