Hey all, I’ve been having issues with PayPal since last Thursday when someone made 4 unauthorized purchases on my PayPal account (all over 1,000, and the highest being 1,500) Disputes were placed and the transactions were frozen. But PayPal still decided to fee my bank account 4 times (they took $120). A few days ago the unauthorized transactions were refunded (the fees aren’t refunded at all) But now today, PayPal RETRIED the transactions, taking over $3,700 dollars from me and slamming me with more fees, leaving my bank account in the negative (over $670 negative)!! I’ve sent 3-4 emails to PayPal with no response whatsoever, I’ve sat on the live chat for almost 3 hours with absolutely no response. What do I do??
