I think that either twitch or PayPal is flagging my account as high-risk so I cannot spend money there. All I tried to do was buy some bits. I have had to contact my bank to have them unlock my card once and even after doing that payments will still not go through. I doubt this is on twitch's end because I think they want the money. How do I fix this?
