I have deposited money via PayPal on 5 May 2020. The money was supposed to be paid for my university fees. The university can not locate where the money is. I gave them all info but still can not locate the money. How is that possible. Is PayPal a scam or what. I am not happy at lot about PayPal. Money pending whole months and when you call them always no one pick up calls. Accuses of covid19. I have missed to start the university lessons because of PayPal, they have let me down and I am worried about my studies. How will I continued to study at uopeople because it was my money to deposits university registration.
